WEEK2 - CHOCOLATE PUDDING CUPS

These chocolate cups are a nice fancy snack to have at home or you can even whip them out when guests come over. The great thing about them is that they are all in little individual cups so everyone can have there own serve.

DIFFICULTY: 1/3

makes about 4
cooking time 10 mins

INGREDIENTS:
2 cups milk
1/3 cup sugar
1/4 cup cocoa powder
3 tablespoons cornflour
1 teaspoon vanilla extract/vanilla paste

METHOD:
Make your favourite chocolate pudding recipe. This recipe I found in a cookbook at home. It isn't my favourite but it is still yummy and simple.

FOR THE RECIPE I USED:
Step1:
In a saucepan over medium heat whisk together all of your ingredients. Except for the vanilla. Turn the heat up to high and continue to whisk all of your ingredients as they start to boil. This take about 7 minutes.

Step2:
Once everything is together take the saucepan off the heat and add the vanilla extract/vanilla paste. (I used vanilla paste because it has a stronger taste to it.)

Step3:
You can cool your pudding or leave it warm. I prefer it cool. Set it in the fridge for 30 minutes to make it cool.

Step4:
In a glass put a layer of pudding and then a layer of smashed Oreo cookies. You can also top it of with a strawberry like I have done.

That's it! Be sure to check out my crafting blog where I post every Sundays.
